Seth is a Licensed Master’s Level Psychologist. He has devoted his career to the field of sexual abuse prevention. Seth specializes in the evaluation and treatment of individuals with problematic sexual behaviors. Many people struggle with sexual issues such as inappropriate boundaries, excessive pornography use, and issues of consent. Seth works primarily with individuals convicted of sexual crimes, those at risk, and teens who have displayed inappropriate sexual behaviors. Seth conducts psychosexual evaluations on individuals accused or convicted of sexual offenses. He is a Clinical Member of the Association for the Treatment and Prevention of Sexual Abuse (ATSA), an international organization dedicated to the prevention of sexual abuse. In 2022, Seth was honored as an ATSA Fellow.

Seth is engaged in public policy and serves as Chair of the ATSA Public Policy Committee. He is a member of the ATSA Adult Clinical Practice Committee. From 2019-2020 Seth served as a member of the Kansas Advisory Committee on Sex Offenses and Registration for the Kansas Judicial Council. Seth has testified before the Kansas Legislature on multiple occasions regarding the need to reform sex offense registration policies. He has co-authored several publications on policy and practice issues.

Seth has presented at numerous international conferences on topics such as: pornography use among adults and adolescents, social media and sexting, registration reform, and psychosexual evaluations. Seth is a Certified Independent Trainer for Static-99R, Stable-2007, and Acute-2007 risk assessment instruments. He is available for in-person and remote training opportunities. 

Seth is an Adjunct Professor of Psychology at Rockhurst University and an Adjunct Professor of Counseling at MidAmerica Nazarene University.
